The Job Shoppe specializes in temporary staffing and permanent placement for specific industry sectors. A key factor that differentiates us from other companies is our unique team structure. Each team consists of two consultants who are responsible for both client service and candidate selection. Our staffing consultants work as a unit; ensuring one is always available to both clients and candidates. They work hard to develop an understanding of how each client operates and who will meet their hiring needs, while also getting to know each applicant – to understand the skills, experience and qualities that will help them find the right job fit.

The Job Shoppe is more than just another staffing agency, and we have job opportunities for people of all experience levels. Submitting your application online will start you on your way to the opportunity for positions located close to you. This is a great tool for determining which jobs interests you, as well as where they are located and you can do this from your smart phone, tablet or computer.

 

Once you are ready to submit your application through the website you will be directed to another page to begin your job journey. The first thing you will do is sign up as a new user or if you have already done this enter your login information.

 

Once you enter this information you will be directed to a page where you will need to submit your contact information, assign a password, upload your resume. Now you can apply and search for the job that is right for you. Once you register as a user you may use your sign-in information to re-login at a later time.

Community Involvement

The Job Shoppe exists because of the people in our community. Our outreach efforts are focused on educating and enabling young people and those facing challenges to live happier, more productive, and independent lives.

In addition to ongoing sponsorships of fundraising events throughout the year, we have created an Employee Volunteerism Incentive Program, which encourages and rewards staff members for their community service outside of work hours. We support a number of community organizations.
