Billing Clerk

The Job Shoppe is hiring a Billing Clerk for our client in Windsor, Ontario.

Start Date: As soon as possible
Shifts: Days 8:30am – 5:00pm
Position Type: Temp-to-Perm
Work from Home / Remote: No
Wage: $20.00/hr

What You’ll Be Doing:
– Customer Service
– Coordinate with the dispatcher assistant to schedule equipment for maintenance and repairs.
– Dispatch tracking, reporting and data entry.
– Directs day-to-days schedules, coordinates and assigns drivers ensuring appropriate staffing measures are achieved.
– Investigate and follow up on any accidents.

Position Requirements:
– High school diploma
– Proven ability to use standard office equipment: Microsoft programs: Excel, Word and electronic mail
– Excellent communication skills
– Certificates/degrees in Logistics management, billing/coding an asset
