We’ve outlined our process for helping our candidates find their perfect fit, so you know what to expect throughout the hiring, onboarding, and placement process. We look forward to helping you find your dream job.
Congratulations! You’ve taken the first step to finding a potential opportunity, and we’re so happy you’ve joined us. Hopefully, you will find a position that could be the right fit for you, and take the next step to submit your resume.
Once you have found a position you are interested in, submit your resume through our website or another job board. Our recruiters review new applications daily and will review your skills and qualifications to ensure that you meet the requirements of the position. If you do not meet the requirements, we will let you know and keep your application in our database if a new opportunity arises that you are qualified for.
A recruiter will reach out to introduce themselves and further discuss the position with you. Based on your availability and preferred meeting platform, we will arrange an interview. During the interview, ask as many questions about the position as you would like. We’re here to help.
During this step, you will be sent assessment training to measure your competency in different areas. This step of the process will help us to evaluate some of your skills and assist us in your placement.
If you have met all of the position requirements and passed the assessment testing, we will invite you to join The Job Shoppe’s candidate network. This process includes completing the required paperwork and an onboarding information session.
Your recruiter will provide you the information in written detail about the new position before you report for your first day. Of course, we are here to answer any questions you may have and ensure that you are ready for your new role.
We are only successful if you are successful, and that’s why your recruiter will be in contact with you throughout your placement to ensure that you are enjoying your work and happy with the assignment.
There may come a time when your assignment will come to an end either because our client no longer requires that position or you would like to look for a new opportunity. Either way, we are here to support you and help you find your next position.
